Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

As tea is a perishable food product, opened or used packs are generally exempt from return. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may apply to items not in their original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll contact you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method — bKash, Nagad, bank account, or as agreed for cash-on-delivery orders.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your account, then contact your provider, as processing time varies. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, contact us at sreemangaltea9@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Send us a photo of the pack within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email, and we’ll arrange a replacement right away.

Return shipping

You’re responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable courier service.
